Court Marking Renewel

AMD Sport Services carried out a complete refurbishment of the court markings within a multi-use sports hall, restoring the appearance and functionality of the playing surface.

The project began with a deep clean of the existing vinyl sports floor to remove dirt, contaminants and surface residues that had accumulated through regular use. The floor was then neutralised to ensure optimum surface preparation and to provide a suitable substrate for the new line marking system.

All existing court markings were carefully removed, eliminating worn, faded and redundant lines to create a clean and uniform surface. This process ensured that no ghosting or visible remnants of previous markings remained, improving both the appearance and clarity of the finished floor.

Once preparation works were complete, two coats of specialist polymeric sports line paint were applied to create crisp, durable and highly visible court markings. The coating system was selected to provide excellent adhesion, wear resistance and long-term performance within a busy sports hall environment.

The completed works significantly enhanced the appearance of the facility while providing clearly defined court markings suitable for a range of sporting activities and educational use.
