Hinged Basketball Goals Manufacturer And Installation

AMD Sport Services was commissioned to manufacture and install two pairs of bespoke hinged matchplay basketball goals, providing a durable and professional-standard solution tailored to the client's facility requirements.

The project involved the in-house fabrication of custom basketball goal frames and support brackets, engineered to meet the specific dimensions and operational needs of the sports hall. Each goal was manufactured using high-quality steel components and incorporated a hinged design, allowing the units to be safely folded away when not in use, maximising the flexibility of the sports hall for a variety of activities.

Following fabrication, the goal structures were finished in Royal blue at the powder coaters and prepared for installation before being transported to site. Installation works included the positioning and fixing of the hinged support systems, alignment of the goal structures, and fitting of backboards, rings and associated components to ensure accurate and consistent performance.

Upon completion, all goals were tested to confirm smooth operation, correct positioning and safe deployment. The finished installation provides a robust and reliable matchplay basketball facility suitable for school, club and competitive use, while allowing the sports hall to retain its multi-purpose functionality.
